Silverbeet, our first seedlings!

Our first seedlings have sprouted, the Silverbeet (Silver White)! How exciting. Here is a photo for you. Silverbeet is like spinach, you eat the leaves and they are very yummy. And quite prolific too. The older ones in the garden seem to be doing ok in this very rainy winter that we are having.
